    Are you implying that this could be a bogus, fictitious, hoax (continue with your own favourite synonyms of dodginess) announcement? That there have been no farm-out discussions and/or no non-binding Letter of Intent signed? So that if the latest announcement was to be scrutinised by a regulator, it could not be substantiated?
