I would go even further to say that a non-binding agreement such as this is much much better at this stage, to allow other interested parties to come in and if a better offer is presented, we are in a very healthy position for a fruitful negotiation. It's not really going to be a good negotiating position if we sign a binding agreement with the first interested party and get locked in to a contract when clearly other parties are interested...
