it’s China mate... and buying from Australia probably have more politics involved at this point in time. Straight up off take agreement would mean it’s an extremely compelling product that they can’t do it themselves (lose face) and even in that scenario, it’s tough to execute without negative repercussions from HQ. So step by step, LOI and further studies to build a case.
