This still has to go to shareholders vote as said in Ann so a no vote will happen and a revised offer will come,at agm we were all talking with a lot of major holders who have the belief it was worth between $1-$1.50 why would there views be changed. Drilling has continued so we know it has grown approx 50% to around 23mt.
All offers have to be given to all holders as of asx rules which ww said to me at the agm as to what clause I cant remember.
We had a offer enjoy it it's not high but it's a start.
