    I get 218m shares fully diluted - including in the money options and performance shares. So $107m offer is equivalent to 49c. So I think 40c is fair value given the risk that it could fall through. Happy to be corrected. But if you think it will start a bidding war, then it's cheap. I don't see it because new lithium projects pop up every day on the ASX.
