sp wise, I am not sure if this will end in the red today... a big gap between $107m and the current MC... even though we are unhappy with the deal overall, there is a good chance for this to see an sp of 50c+ today itself at some stage once the deal has been scrutinized... if it falls through, we know for sure that the current $60m MC is crap and if it goes through, we get the difference in some form or the other... in any case, I think sub 40c is a good chance to buy even if one is unhappy with the deal imo...
