Management have made mistakes yes and capital allocation has been poor. I wouldn't characterise the business as beyond recovery. They have product market fit, a low churn rate and potentia seem to think they can run it better. There has been bigger turnarounds on the asx before, look at hub 24's history as an example. Good management goes a long way.
