Getting desperate. Letter of Intent?
ANN should read "non price sensitive, a company expressed interest that they might buy power from us if we actually had power to sell because we haven't got a plant nor have we constructed one and if we did it would be years away until operation and AFR will be out of money by that time"
Failing to see this ANN as anything other than attempting to keep interest.
