Exactly. I don't think anyone's arguing the value of the project - in production it's at least hundreds of millions - more likely billions.
For any one shareholder to step in and take a controlling position at a (market cap) price barely a fraction of the project's forecast worth is insulting at best.
Look beyond the vote - if it's 'yes' and you were a capitalist billionaire would you be looking to share the wealth with minority holders or going all out for more? Rhetorical question of course.
Voting 'yes' effectively hands the lion's share of future gains to T. Voting 'no' should force an offer more reflective of the considerable value of this project.
