If T has support of all major shareholders in this endeavour why does he need 51%? He does not, but he does if he wants to do what he wants without anyone else’s support.
Also it’s fair to say every “Joint Venture” I have been involved in with my game there is never a participant with greater than 50%.
49% is a carriage to a train on rails that has a fixed destination.
The carriage can be unhooked and go nowhere if the train driver decides that’s what’s going to happen.
