The trust thing is holding us back, I can understand that, from afar. But the new team we have in place I'm going to say have proven to be 100x what Alison and her team were. So its disappointing for me as a long term holder and large holder that people are shy to buy because of previous management. TBH I'm not sure that this is the problem that we face. I think that the biggest problem is the dilution that has happened through no fault of the current management but also the set up of the CR. But when you need cash then you can't demand a lot. We've been on a CR for months. Today it closes. What did that do to us?
We bought at .006 and got 1-1 options. So those (like me) that bought got those options. However unlike me, some have just put them straight up for sale and at .005 also to get the money to vest those options if the time comes. I see their point, but to me very short sighted. It would be nice to attach the options to the shares permanently, so the buyer gets the share and the option
The long top up shares, 1-1 so why would big buyers buy on market when they can get a free option also?
So I think the closing off the top up is a good thing. We will have to churn through people selling the CR shares, as many will just keep the options as...... an option.... and help support the company in the CR. But to say that trust is not there, I think is not fair to David and his new team.
