Possibly right, not sure how much overburden would need to be removed, with stage 1 of mining, from what I remember of the presentation, ore is processed from the surface down given that copper and gold shows quite shallow for the Hillside deposit.
Majority of dirt would probably go through the Mill quite early after first excavations. But I could be wrong
