So one thing you may be interested in is how long the boom or run lasted. I was in stocks like PAN ( Pan Australian Resources) in 2004 and others like IGO & Oxiana (OXR) listed around 2002-3. You can see IGO now from 20c (?) and both Oxiana & PAN ended up in OZL just taken out. The bust by my reckoning started in say 2011 and was largely done by 2013. So 10 years. I'd say we are already 2 years into the foothills of the boom equivalent to 2002 from before but we don't realize it and it can only be seen from hindsight.

It was the same for gold, even 2000- 2001 guys like Mark Crasey with a real nose and with it in their blood were saying. There's a gold boom coming. Indeed there was. Similar to the copper one.
