Key milestones under the LOI include optimising the test for a high-throughput environment
within Sonic Reference Laboratories to enable commercial sale of PromarkerD, preparing
for a submission to secure a Proprietary Laboratory Analysis (PLA) reimbursement code
for the PromarkerD test [ASX: 28 October 2021], and forecasting sales targets for
PromarkerD in the US marketplace
as noted by others the first two have been ticked off....
forecasting of sales targets remains to be resolved...imo
PIQ have indicated the next step would be to engage payers (health insurance sector )
the question is ... what the level of subsidy will the payers agree to....
the subsidy would no doubt influence sales targets....and thus lies the ambiguity....
the good news is Sonic have the approval for the CPT code and
will likely play a major role in negotiations....imo glta
