Ann: Letter re Suspension, page-122

Honestly, who cares about what an anonymous individual on hotcopper has or hasn't said / meant? Bigger problem is that the ASX has put my investment into suspension. The regulator appears to think that the company directors are not meeting their duties? I would have thought that is more of a reputational problem than some post, some guy has put on Hotcopper.

Question is why does the regulator think the name of the purchaser is material? Are they suggesting that we are in a false market without this info? Why do they think the name of the purchaser would influence price, and therefore require a suspension? And then, the even bigger question.... would it influence price up or down????

Nothing to do but wait. Be very disappointing for this one not to happen.
