you have summarised the position perfectly imo
many posters seem to think that as it "was free of conditions" that it was a done deal
but as you point out that is not the case
I suspect asic/asx may also have seen that the lack of the buyers name PLUS the need to satisfy basic conditions has lead to the suspension
time will tell
