It should really be read as "there are no conditions precedent, other than the buyer pulling out", which is pretty much an unwritten precedent for any deal made in the history of earth. EVER. Until money has exchanged hands, a deal is not done (despite any legal ramifications of signing a deal and withdrawing).
It is for this specific reason that Antares does not want to disclose the buyer in case the buyer then becomes bombarded with offers from others etc, not because there are conditions to the sale. Now can we all just move on?
