So why are you assuming it is an "unconditional contract" as opposed to something along the lines of a "MOU without conditions"?
The fact AZZ have said there is risk to the sale, would indicate it is has not reached the stage of an "unconditional contract". So why would you reveal the buyers identity if it increased the risk to the deal not being completed.
The identity of the buyer is irrelevant, but the details of the "agreement" do need to be clarified by AZZ.
