Rather than appealing to oppies holders to exercise through fluffy words, PO could've exercised his $80k worth last week. He'd then release a Change in Director's Interest form. He could then say something like: I believe in NOR which is why I exercised early.
Actions speak louder than words for true, quality leaders.
