    A quick call to the Underwriter in Perth will tell you this is not so...their decision will be wether they can get out of the deal should the f...g Canadians play real hardball. IMO there will be a deal done whereby anyone currently in the Category change who can prove they have spent alot of money etc will be permitted to mine BUT no more new ventures.Not sure how this may affect ares of ELAN still undrilled. DWJD
