Hi All, The underwriter still has to pay the 20 cents per share for any options not converted but I believe there are cancellation clauses in the original underwiting agreement. I am new to the stock so I'm not aware of specifics but I know they exist.

Does anyone know what the cancellation clause is because I dont think the underwriter would want to pay 20 cents either at this stage. But I hope Atrum keep them to it and not let them wriggle out of it.
