thanks for the welcome back posts as well as other queries re my post.

first and foremost, i remain very bullish re whn's prospects - however, i remain (and am becoming more so) bearish re market sentiment through to xmas. will the global markets hold back whn's sp - time will tell - i certainly hope not but, unfortunately, i think we will see the sp pull back into the 3's next week - my concern is that the longer we go without the seismic results (in these very bearish conditions re US recession and Europe debt crisis) sp may drift lower (on light volume). again, i hope not, but let's see.

re my post on the 250 milllion options and creole 5 billion target - this was referring to the hartleys reports - full of spin which states the options require $10m or 2 wells - now that position has been clarified (for me) that it is 50% of work costs (which to me means 1 well). the comment re creole is that the additional 2d seismic was re-run over the creole target (from memory) but since then the asx updates only refer to confirming one target of 1 billion barrels plus very good/excellent quality seismic data - but now no mention whatsoever of creole's 5 billion barrels (which,candidly, was what got me into the stock). am i very please re 1 billion target plus potentially many other similar sized targets - absolutely - however, i can't help but wonder what has happended to the validity of the creole 5 billion target post the intial 2d seismic and then the additional 2d 800km2 circa seismic which was run over the creole target per se.

that said, still very bullish once markets settle down and seismic released, much more comfortable re 250 million options now that i am better informed,however, i am a little concerned re no on-going news re validitiy of creole 5 billion barrel target... imho
