What do you mean BPAY option is not working? It's a cash transfer - are you saying it got returned to you within a day?
I just did a BPAY transfer today after confirming directions with Automic over the phone. No problem at all and they confirmed SPP remains open as per the announcements / offer letter I got in the mail.
