Hi Mulac -
Fyi my own BPAY application yesterday seems to have gone through without issue as it hasn't been returned. I called Automic and they said all good, my application is received, and the offer is still open.
This morning's announcement also confirms the offer closes as scheduled this Friday.
Perhaps calling Automic and asking for clarification would help - maybe they gave you the wrong BPAY information and that it why it didn't go through for you.
