Invitation to Participate in Loyalty Offer

which states the shareholder's name to whom the Invitation was made, instructions to click on that name which in turn takes you thru to the Entitlement & Acceptance Form for you to print out. If you're paying by BPay you don't have to return the Form - simply pay the amount you want to spend for the Options you want. The Form will already state your Entitlement # of Options provided you were a registered holder on Feb 21st, having bought your shares up to a date no later than 15 Feb. as the "ex date" - was the 18 Feb. 1 day after the T+2 date, of 17 Feb.
All sounds a bit obvious to most s/holders I expect - but to many others Loyalty Options Offers are not a common occurrence, as is their paperwork..
