FYI -
Note that the the hyperlink per this Letter - tothe website that contains the access to the Prospectus for the Loyalty Optionsissue -
is incorrect, as that website only contains Announcements by Transcendence Technologies (TTL) - the former name of the Company! up to August 2021!.
That sameincorrect link has BTW also been quoted in the 7-page Proposed Issue OfSecurities Announcement -
the 1st one released at 9.10am on 15 Feb. ( for the 65,656,800Options -
on Page 7/7 under sub. para. 3F.6.
I have today emailed Sarah Smith (the Co. Secretary) and Jeremy King, the author of the Letter/s and the 3 "P I O S A" ANNs, with this info.
I find it troubling that an enterprise with 84 staff, and in the eyes of shareholders & the ASX, that such an apparent blunder as this could be perpetrated.
