The SPP Options are being offered under a prospectus dated 2 April 2024 (Options Prospectus) and are
subject to shareholder approval being obtained at a general meeting to be held on 29 April 2024.
Applications made under the SPP will also be taken to constitute acceptance of the offer being made
under the Options Prospectus. In the event of oversubscription, the Company reserves the right to scale
