You have QVT as your biggest holder currently and then First Samuel. First Samuel has invested more than your MC into TZ.

They must be big believers in smart locks and lockers. And the ability of TZ to sell those into the market at a profit.

Or they have another agenda. Why else would you take on TZ?

Even if TZ miraculously sign a contract and are set to make $1B in the next twelve months in profit then we all could sue them for insider trading. Surely their due diligence would have seen this. There is no way First Samuel would act in way not properly in all aspects of the business.

Even on this platform we have seen First Samuel handle small and failing stocks in a predatory manner. I have shown you.

How would you feel if I started buying in right now at say 2.6c and First Samuel takeover? You still think the stock will be 2.6c? QVT support and First Samuel at the helm. Stgeorge Bank has a stake in First Samuel.

Think Hunter Hall like, +$2.00 per share. IMO you should hold Agincourt2510. FUM that is ethically right with strong support, partnerships and opportunity.

And the dilution so they can offer again.
