What an absolute rort. Sending out forms on 11/2 and must have accepted forms returned by the 22/2. I would be lucky to have even received my forms by the 22nd. What a joke. Obviously someone is lined up to take all those shares not taken....and in the process is basically buying the mine out from under us. 

After their big hit (was it 2 or maybe 3yrs ago) where it seemed they drilled through a nugget this mob raised $17mill............which they then spent and have next to nothing to show for it.

.....i better stop now or I'll get myself into trouble. Basket case is all I can say...with or without Klaus....this is a basket case and setting the CR so low has .destroyed even more value.
