$37M cash raised and $30M shortfall funded by who?
I doubt the LTHs will take any NRRI considering they cant trade the shares for a year now at all and then it was way lower than they bought in at 10c-300c over the years.

Which comes back to who is funding the $30M shortfall of $37M sought, who is the underwriter and who is going to take the controlling stake of 50% of the shares if not the top 2 who already took their NRRI up now holding 20% of SOI already as in the anouncement.

Who is the new large holder, the NRRI stated US based holders are inelgible this includes Barrick & Barrick hasnt lodged any change notice yet, are they entitled to increase their stake, they took a large paper stake when they paid for that tenement sought of Karouni remember.

So once again what info do we have as to who is taking this massive stake if not Barrick?

TRY paper is worth something and the rest who dont take it up are diluted heavily by 60% or more.
Many will ask why send more money down the black hole till we know whats going on and it relists when some may want to cash in the chips on reopen and others may want to ramp it to 7c using their cheap shares at 2.2c.

If Barrick takes a large stake in the NRRI or the underwriter does then that will SIGNAL a BIG rebound in TRY SP imho & warrant us plebs taking up the NRRI.
