On 1 August 2022, Troy Resources Limited (Company) lodged a prospectus with ASIC and ASX for a non-renounceable rights issue offer of securities to its shareholders on the basis of one (1) new share (New Share) for every one (1) share held at the Record Date at an issue price of $0.022 per share to raise up to approximately $37.3 million (before costs) (Rights Issue Offer).
