Hazer will need funds, but if they also expect the price to stay around current levels for a year or more, why wouldn't they be doing their best to get as many options as possible converted now? One or two good ANNs could lift the price to 40c or or higher and they'd romp home with a few million more.
I have to assume they have the interests of shareholders at heart. They would neglect their duty if they ignored the current funding opportunity and raised at a discount later. Anyone could see this coming, so it would be wilfully incompetent too.
Given what we know right now, you might turn out to be right, but I think we must be able to expect more of Hazer than this. I only wish we weren't trapped playing chicken in a smoke-filled hall of mirrors.
