I don't think they need to, the agreement is probably already written, but I do think they are not overly
concerned.
But before that event there are 24mil. options for shares , now 'on display' , many for sale to the highest
bidder.
Wesfarmers with their $$billions to invest, an ex seed holder. Twiggy with his public announcement
to enter into the new energy space. Others that have attended the recent 'Road shows' organised by the
now quite Tom Murrell and Andrew Cornejo....... a great opportunity for a cornerstone investor.
Those holders wanting to sell would have to work out .... When ?
