    Is it ideal? No.

    Is it necessary? Yes.

    If people don't like the dilution occurring, sell up and move on. Moaning about it daily or even multiple times daily does nothing.

    Non holders repeatedly saying, dilution guys, dilution, I say to them, so what?

    The company needs money to survive, each one of the SH's is responsible for their own capital.
