No one is demanding they give a specific date for results signed off by an independent body, what shareholders are asking for is basic communication and transparency, especially when management has tied a consolidation to “upcoming catalysts” that remain entirely undefined.
And yes, I’m well aware it’s a biotech and capital is required. That’s not the issue. The issue is timing and execution. You do not consolidate shares at all-time lows, then follow it up with a 1.2 billion share placement authorisation (pre-consolidation), and expect shareholders to pat them on the back for calling it strategy.
Shareholders are entitled to ask questions, demand better execution, and vote on resolutions, that’s the point of owning shares, not just being a passive donor to capital raises.
The problem isn’t the people asking questions it’s the people avoiding answers.
