Totally agree. The company clearly needs the money to move forward. No one’s denying that. The trials won’t run on good vibes and wishful thinking. At the same time, people have every right to be frustrated when they see repeated dilution, limited transparency, and no seat at the table for retail in raises. That doesn’t mean we don’t support the company. It means we are passionate, involved, and paying close attention.
Yes, the funding is necessary. But the feedback, the venting, and the daily posts are fair game too. That comes with being a shareholder.
Besides, if we can’t moan on HotCopper, where else are we supposed to do it? Moaning here is cheaper than therapy and just slightly more effective.
