Good grief there's a lot of seemingly unintelligent investors...

Good grief there's a lot of seemingly unintelligent investors (and non-investors alike) on this thread.

I guess with so many years of beating around the bush with this company, it's almost expected.

Pretty simple analysis of these proposals, which some on here have grasped (thankfully):

1. We know we need more money - so giving the 'pre-approval' to do so is pretty standard practice in my industry to save having the time/cost of another meeting. Makes sense to me (even though the terms of any future CR might not).

2. P1ssing and moaning about a statement of fact regarding the value of your shares post consolidation is pure semantics. The fact is that the shares you own will be exactly the same holding level as pre-consolidation - the fact that the SP has dived again since the announcement, or may dive more in the interim doesn't change their statement - that's not due to the consolidation itself because it hasn't even happened yet. Do better.

A couple of more random points too:

1. I don't think there's very many SH (or non-SH alike) left that can truly say that management are doing a great (or even a good) job. The fact (IMO) remains that the only thing that is still keeping this puppy alive is the science - you either believe in it or you don't. Those that don't, I wish you'd leave quietly.

2. Having the CEO of a rival company and his lackies (who I have on ignore) still posting here is a great sign. Chooses words very carefully, but as see-through as a lace nightie. The day he stops posting here I'll start to worry.

3. Dingo - someone answered your question 'when 15c' above - post consolidation. Make sure you change that to 'when $5.10' in due course - although if current trajectory continues - it might be back DOWN to 15c - in which case, disregard

Anyway, here's to another day of watching the SP slide and meaningless HC discussion. I'm off to AVZ pages now to see what's in store over there today. Final note - up the Blues!
