As you’ve probably noticed (or at least hoped), we haven’t been running a lifestyle company for the past three years. No yachts, no private jets, no suspicious "team bonding" retreats in the Maldives—just good old-fashioned financial juggling.
Unfortunately, our juggling act is approaching its grand finale, and there’s a non-zero chance the company bank account will be singing "Silent Night" come Christmas—mainly because it’ll be empty.
To avoid a very awkward holiday season (and potentially explaining to our families why we can’t afford gifts again), we’ve conducted a capital raise. We’d love to tell you more about it, but we feel it’s better for everyone’s blood pressure if we don’t. Yet.Please approve it. Not just for us, but for the spirit of Christmas.
