This letter is a joke, what's its purpose other than to entice shareholders to vote yes.
I voted my pittance today and it was a big NO.
Whilst I don't disagree with either resolution, I voted NO as a protest as to how pee-poor I believe the CEO and Chair have performed. I would suggest those who are also disappointed as I, should also vote NO and let these leeches feel the wrath of us retail shareholders in a show of numbers.
Remembering the vote will be passed anyway with PH and his cohorts having control of the vote.
