Ummm - that is interesting. Are they bolstering the value of the company because they are talking to someone big behind the scenes?
A company would not normally do that a year early. Maybe the next announcement will be a very good one and totally unexpected.
I get the distinct feeling that VMT is very confident in their products so can't see it is something they would do knowing their SP might be taking a hit because of bad news pending and they want to get the cash in before that happens. Which would be an alternative reason. Think that is very remote though.
