IMUOA sent out makes sense but IMUOB, I agree, is strange. Unless IMU wants to secure any $ asap to be independent to avoid another CR before a deal is signed. Tax rebates coming soon and IMUOA's underwritten should provide enough extra cash for what's already planned.
Unless, they got their hands on another cutting edge technology or another OV to be licenced that needs to be paid for as we've seen a year ago.
Time will tell.
