I enquired with Leslie about the reasoning for today's email to IMUOB holders, and she advised that the company's been "asked by some of our big shareholders to send out notices for IMUOA and IMUOB as they are in the "money" and from what I understand, people have been exercising them."
I also think there's more to it - hopefully all's revealed soon and the share price receives a decent re-rate.
