I find this announcement a little perplexing. I can fully understand that they don’t want to go down the path of underwriting for IMUOA due in Nov but ‘IMUOB’ conversion now??? Over a year early; I actually bought a sizable chunk of IMUOB hoping for their appreciation in order to sell half and fund conversion during next year. If I convert now it’ll be at a premium and cost $25k on top of what they already cost me. So I suppose from IMU management point of view it comes down to this- How do you tell SH somi ething without really telling them? From a SH point of view it comes down to do I trust management? Believe me, I’ve been bitten before.
