    EBITDA 41m 2020 2.8mt
    growth with cyprus to 6.6mt = 2.35 x
    or EBITDA = 97m

    so asking 50c, is asking a EBITDA multiple of 6.6 x on Popular grove only
    or growth EBITDA multiple of 2.8 x

    So, is it a HOLD for money back 50c, on a takeover? or exit before the next curve ball. ?
