I agree with you..

I have always thought a JV partner for the second mine is a chance
CEO has hinted of more production in the past, which could come in the way of purchase of land maybe (only put more time on the table for value realisation and make PNL a real long term investment)

Still.... the dilution effect of this raise is quite steep for a company on the cusp of earning money, and maybe their capex has simply been mis-estimated.

So what is deemed good value from 22 cents? 40 cents...

I could only think a JV would create some real value, other than that I am sure they have some strong progress and appreciation in price coming...

But has the damage already been done here?
