I think the anti-options sentiment here to be rather ridiculous, and it's really only a tiny portion of the shareholder base, just here in HC that are against it. They are entitled to their opinions, but I find none of their opinions that compelling.

I also find it quite telling that whooshka1, someone who is usually quite colorful and has no issues hitting back at those who disagree with him, was stunned into silence when I pointed to an inconvenient truth about his anti-options position.

Has there ever been a vote for a BPH Options issue where it was declined? I can't imagine any shareholder of consequence in BPH wouldn't be holding any Options, or would want to vote No to them. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty confident the answer is a resounding No.
