Spyglass, you are correct.
There is an agreed amount to be paid by 88e, the actual contract mechanics are not disclosed, this is normal procedure.
The amount is in the quarterly, for those inclined to investigate. Whether it's for the 415 mill or 340 mill or 100 mill options, the deal is done the bill will be paid. Options are converted money in the bank, onward and upward.
