Like Spikeup & you I had the same situation. I bought more options after I got my Notice of Exercise of Options. I hope using the original Bpay Ref # works for you with your additional options. I would still contact Computershare though because ----

I rang C/Share re same question as yours. They said they would get back to me. I waiting so long I ended up sending cheques to C/Share & used some blank ( non-personalised ) 88E "Application Form on Exercise of Options Expiring 2/3/2018" for the additional options. ( I'd asked C/Share for these last year because I was unsure when we would get the Personalised forms from them ).

Anyway the bottom line is , after I'd sent the cheques, C-Share did get back to me & said I couldn't have used the original Bpay Ref # for the additional Options. They would have had to email me a new Bpay Ref # for the additional options. ( Like you, I'd have thought using the original Ref # would be OK )
