That happened because the vic gov announced some environment projects budget. But it may has nothing to do with ECT. The only reason ECT jump up probably because its related with environment clean industry. I feel sorry for the people brought ECT in that period. I looked ECT last few yrs reports. What a jok. I noticed ECT only because I drive pass their office every day. And what a joke.... I recon they should paint their building green to match their topic..
