Well a reasonable attempt to issue stock at a stabilized share price. But the standout feature is that clearly the hedge funds are not going to be involved!!!, (as it can only go to Aus resident funds).
This means there will be a substantial shortfall that will need to be placed!. Also means stock stuck around these lebvels for at least another month, so why wouldn't you take your money elsewhere.
Would expect the price to slip towards 1.1/1.2 cents based on this.
